Inventory & Integrated Diagnosis
All property, corporate and family assets in one structured inventory, with ownership, charges and updated values.
Wealth
Asset organization, property strategy, and long-term stewardship.
What we frame
We map and assess property, holdings and family assets together, identifying inefficiencies, potential for value and clear paths for transition and succession.
What we do
Diagnosis
All property, corporate and family assets in one structured inventory, with ownership, charges and updated values.
Value
Identifying under-used assets, studying conversion or renovation (with the Atelier) and properties worth considering for sale.
Decision
Reading each asset against the family’s goals: own use, letting, adding value through works or selling, with the numbers and risks of each option.
Protection
Planning the generational transition, separating operating risk from property assets and organising succession with lawyers.
Upkeep
A schedule of inspections, works and insurance, so property value is not lost through lack of attention.
Letting
Feasibility, licensing requirements and preparation of the property, with the Atelier when there are works or interiors.
Arrival
Coordinating the first steps for newcomers: tax number, bank account, source-of-funds documentation, property and lawyers and accountants.
Continuity
Periodic follow-up of holding costs, property taxes (IMI and AIMI), rents, contracts and income goals.
How we work
Gather the inventory of assets, charges, ownership and goals.
Assess each asset’s performance, holding costs, risks and room for improvement.
Define a wealth plan together with lawyers and tax advisers.
Monitor the measures and review the portfolio periodically.
Who it is for
Clarity & Method
We are not an estate agency or a building manager. We look at wealth strategically and as a whole, assessing value, income, costs and transfer between generations.
Individual owners, families or companies with several scattered assets who want to organise ownership, cut unnecessary costs and increase the income from their assets.
When a property has potential to gain value through renovation, interior design or conversion, the Atelier develops the project and follows the works, in line with the wealth plan.
Yes. We put the steps in the right order (tax number, bank account, source-of-funds documentation, finding or buying a home) and coordinate lawyers and accountants at each stage. We do not promise tax or immigration outcomes.
Yes. We assess whether that use makes sense for the property and your goals, check the applicable requirements and, when there are works or interiors, coordinate the project with the Atelier.
We suggest at least once a year and whenever something relevant happens: a sale, an inheritance, a change of residence or a change in the law that affects the assets.
The list of properties and holdings, property records, certificates, leases, charges and related loans. If the information is scattered, organising it is precisely the first step.
